Work Alienation, Deviant Workplace Behavior and Performance in Public Sector

The aim of this article is to analyze the level association and effect between work alienation, deviant workplace behavior, performance in public sector organizations. Based on a literature review relying theoretical perspective knowledge-based view strategy, hypotheses were formulated. method consisted cross-sectional study Mexican organizations, multivariate analysis structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed. results confirmed performance. Furthermore, findings showed high positive relationship alienation organizational within context. originality lies incidence among variables under context; not consistent with what suggested by related literature.
